Our Courses & Classes
Hifz Class for Boys
The Hifz classes run Monday to Friday between 5-8 pm. The students are tested at the end of each juz before proceeding to the next. Students are memorizing the Qur’an and also being taught the correct pronunciation of the letters with learning the rules of Tajweed in detail.
Nazira Deeniyat Classes
All 10 Nazira classes (5 Boys and 5 Girls) run in the evening, Monday to Friday 5.00-7.00 pm. The Classes host children from the age of 5-11 years of age. The effort is made to give each child individual attention.
Tajweed is also taught as part of the syllabus. Many of these students go to Hifz class and have a very good command in Tajweed.
Tafseer Of The Holy Qur’an
To make the Qur’an more accessible to Urdu speakers, authentic Tafseer is being recorded onto audio cd. This enables one to be involved in learning more about religion in ones own home, at ones own convenience. And now all recordings are available to listen or download from the website and YouTube channel on the home page (Maulana Ibrahim Tarapuri Sahib).
Darul Iftaa (Islamic Advice and Counselling)
In today’s society many occasions are arising, where one feels the need for confidential advice, or just someone to confide in. Everyday problems or even spiritual decline create situations where one can feels lost and often confused. The Masjid offers an impartial place to turn. Moral support and advice will be offered, where possible free of charge. The counsellor (Mufti) is available from Monday to Thursday, 1.30pm-2.30pm.

THIS COURSE WILL FOCUS ON TAFSEER AND BOOKS THAT ARE NOT TAUGHT IN DAR-AL-ULOOM.
Tafsīr Baydāwī, Madārikut Tanzeel, Usool of Tafsīr, Tafsīr Ibn-E-Katheer. Also, the well known kitab of Shah Waliyullah Muhaddith Dehlawi rahimahullah, Hujjatullahil Baalighah & An Introduction to the Persian (Farsi) language.
SISTERS tajweed course
We have a Sisters only Tajweed class on Monday Evenings 5-7pm and Wednesday mornings 9.30-11am specially catered for those Sisters who would like to improve their recitation and pronunciation, this course is delivered by Yasmin Apa.
BROTHERS TAJWEED COURSE (16+)
We also have a brothers only Tajweed class on Monday and Thursday evenings 9-10pm specially catered for those brothers who would like to improve their recitation and pronunciation, this course is delivered by our most senior Teacher of Tajweed Qari Zaid Tarapuri sb.
